A former corporate manager in electrical engineering for years, I felt unfulfilled in that career. Always had a desire to help and motivate people around me, then I was introduced to personal training. I have seen how the skills, techniques, and experience helped people reach their health and fitness goals and also how it changed lives. It completely changed my life to see the importance of health. Now my mission is to give as much people as possible that same feeling of control, strength, discipline, and drive that keeps me going everyday. My life now is all about taking care of myself so that way I can continue to teach people how to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle without it being excruciating.
